Our Philosophy
MWA, prides itself in remaining a small but very successful specialised company. This has been achieved by attention to detail and personal involvement of our senior consultants in all aspects of the work. We do, however, have the strength in depth through our extensive network of Associates to manage company wide change and major efficiency projects.
Michael Willacy Associates has no conflicts of interest. We are totally independent of any other company, contractor, supplier, vendor or service provider. We have unrivalled expertise and experience in all aspects of Logistic and Materials Management, in both public and private sectors - and many of our consultants have a professional Engineering, Systems, or Finance background.
Key requirements for a successful business in today's competitive environment are responsiveness to the customer's needs and continuing improvement in cost efficiency. In essence the ability to change to meet new requirements.
However, for change to be effective and provide the desired improvements, it must be managed and controlled using all the resources available.
